The Bodiam plan is 4 bedroom 3.5 bath 3 car garage. It is a split plan with a huge master suite with lots of closet space. It has a 4th bedroom that can serve as a guest bedroom with its own bath, or can be for an older teen and is separated from the other bedrooms. The half bath can service visiting guest as well as be great for a future pool. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms share the last bath in there on section of the house. It has a large kitchen with a large pantry which is open to the family room and dining room. It has a nice formal living room with a fireplace with an optional stair leading up to a very large bonus area.  The back of the house has a wraparound porch which is ideal for outdoor kitchen area and would be perfect looking out to the future pool.  The plan has several upgrades to choose, from ceiling heights, roof designs, front elevations, covered patio areas, outdoor kitchen, bonus rooms, to the pool that can all be included.
