building from a young age. His journey began in 1982 when he first dipped his brush

into the world of construction, starting as a painter while still in high school. His

dedication to the craft led him to pursue a degree in computer drafting technology from

Lamar University, graduating in 1994. This foundation in design, coupled with a real

estate license, has allowed Chuck to approach home building with both creative and

practical expertise.

unwavering. His meticulous attention to detail and genuine care for his clients have not

Year award in 2001, 2009, and 2023 from the Home Builders Association. Additionally,
